Food poisoning suit was filed last week by Sean McGuirk in U.s. District Court in New York.
According to the allegations raised in the complaint, McGuirk fell ill on September 3 after eating beans on August 28. Imported Pistachio Nuts while America does business under the name Sunrise commodities.
McGuirk was suffering from digestive problems and was treated at last on September 9. He was released on September 11. McGuirk was a student at St. John Fisher College and say that the disease caused him to lose a number of classes and suffered other damage.
On 27 October, the food poisoning of salmonella is believed to be caused by a nut.
