Guildford apologizes for drunken rampage in Cook Islands

n ” (Reuters)-all black Zac Guildford has issued an apology in public after media reports alleged winger had attacked two men in the nude, a drunken rampage in a bar in the Cook Islands last week.

New Zealand Rugby Union has launched an investigation into the incident at Rarotonga on Thursday after local media reported the Guildford has invaded to bar naked and bleeding and depress the customer before leaving with two friends.

Guildford, which had previously come under fire for alcohol-related incidents with staff of all blacks, said he needs help in a statement from Rarotonga, issued by the New Zealand Rugby Union on Monday.

“First of all, I would like to apologize for my behavior in Rarotonga on Thursday night,” said 22-year-old. “I have a vague recollection of the events that night, but there is no doubt that my behavior is not accep and I was very ashamed of what happened.
